General terms and conditions for participation in the reseller program.

As our reseller you have to follow several rules for compliance with our reseller program and sales practices. Any breach of our reseller terms and conditions might lead to immediate account termination.

1. Every webmaster is eligible to participate in our reseller program regardless of his/her web site content and targeted audience. Unacceptable are sites that promote child porn, pirated software and other site classified as illegal.
2. Commission earnings are disbursed twice per month, on each 1st and 15th day of the month, if the accumulated amount is more than 25 EURO. If the accumulated amount is less than 25 EURO it is carried over to the next payment period.
3. Commission is generated only for articles revenue, which excludes commission on service fees such as delivery charges and cash on delivery fee.
4. Commission amount is transferred to the reseller in a way that is comfortable for both sides. It is possible to transfer commission via bank wire, cheque, Western Union and other. Please contact us for negotiating your payment method.
5. For commission amounts up to 100 EURO all transfer fees are paid by the reseller and would be automatically deducated from the total amount. For commission amounts over 100 EURO all transfer fees are covered by underwear-for-you.com.
6. In case of order cancellation due to payment fraud or any other reason that leads to termination of order the commission is terminated too.
7. In case of suspected reseller fraud, such as a large number of orders with fraudulent credit card payments, resellers account might be terminated and accumulated earnings confiscated.
8. Questions regarding our reseller program, its terms and conditions and/or technical implementation might be sent directly to underwear-for-you.com or discussed publically in our fourms.
